MANUAL PARA QUERELLARTE EN LA FCC

Tras las expresiones derogatorias del Señor Luisito Vigoreaux, Otros20Pesos.com junto a Francisco El Jimagua Cartagena crearon este pequeño pero poderoso manual para saber como querellar en la FCC los comentarios homófobos que se hicieran el pasado 18 de octubre en el programa Ruben and Company de la cadena Univision.

Instrucciones para querellarte:

1. Ve a este enlace: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
2. Una vez en la página selecciona Broadcast (TV and Radio), Cable, and Satellite Issues - y luego oprimir Next
3. Luego deberas seleccionar: "Broadcast programs showing obscene, profane, and/or indecent material" - luego Oprimir Next...
4.  Debajo de "Online Form - Recommended Method"

5. Completa el formulario con tu información y luego pega este mensaje en inglés en donde dice "*  Please include below as many details about the program as possible in order to help the FCC determine whether the material was obscene, profane, and/or indecent  (such as specific words, language, images, etc.)."

"During the program Ruben & Co. aired by Univision Puerto Rico, one of the co-host of the show Mr. Luis Vigoreaux Jr. made homofobic and discriminatory comments about the coming out and upcoming fight of Orlando "Fenomeno" Cruz, he was making fun of the fact that Orlando was gay and implying that he was going to fight like a girl, among other derogatory comments in respect to his sexual orientation. The LGBTT Community in Puerto Rico was very offended by this, we are a community plagued by hatred and discrimination and we do not need public figures to incite more hate into their tv shows. The community asked for a public apology and instead tonight (10/22/2012), they brought more people to comment and continue with the discriminatory comments. This cannot be allowed to happen. In this program stated that homosexuals are women, frail, and comments that incite violence and hatred against to this socially disadvantaged community.
